Jamaica Street, Stokes Croft · experimental, art, club nights

KIT FORM, Jamaica Street, Stokes Croft — Bristol nightclub

KIT FORM is an artist-led, multi-disciplinary creative space on the ground floor beneath Jamaica Street Studios, in the heart of Stokes Croft.

It opened in late 2023 and already hosts a wide mix: exhibitions and art fairs, live performance, workshops and club nights. The venue has step-free access.

Its programme leans experimental. Recent listings include improvised and free jazz sets such as Webster, Macedo and Grigg with Cooke, Hitchens and Sneddon, the spoken word night Disruptive Verse, and photography workshops covering black-and-white printing and developing film through its KIT FORM Studio.

It is a good place to catch something unusual early in the evening before moving on to one of the bigger clubs nearby. Lakota, Moon Club, The Love Inn and The Croft are all within a few minutes' walk.

Jamaica Street Studios upstairs is a well-known artist studio building, and KIT FORM brings that creative energy down to street level.
