Moon Club

Moon Club is a brand-new standalone club from the team behind Lakota, built inside the Lakota building on Upper York Street at the edge of St Pauls and Stokes Croft.
It occupies the first-floor room above Lakota's main bar and has been refitted as a purpose-built club with its own bar, reactive lighting and a quadraphonic L-Acoustics 360° sound system. Capacity is 220, and the low ceiling gives it the classic Bristol sweatbox feel.
Moon Club runs a no-phones policy on many nights, which suits its intimate, dance-first programming. It hosts club nights, private events and creative takeovers, with a strong line in house, disco, garage and techno.
Upcoming nights include Donkline Deluxe on 23 October, an all-femme Halloween takeover with G33, Lu.Re and Harmonia on 30 October, Naughty Parrot's Bristol takeover on 14 November, and bookings for Dave 'Love' Lee and Japanese techno great Fumiya Tanaka on 21 November.
Because it shares a building with Lakota, it is easy to combine with a night in the main club or the Lakota Gardens.
