Sawmills

Sawmills is one of Bristol's newest and biggest independent spaces: a sprawling, temporary venue set in a disused timber yard and sawmill on Eugene Street in St Jude's. Headfirst calls it a "catch it while you can" space, so go while it lasts.
It comes from the team behind The Jam Jar and The Underground. The site is made up of nine linked warehouses and open-air courtyards, with a combined capacity of up to 4,000, and is designed for day parties, festivals, gigs and club nights. Keep Hush, Moon Fest and Alfresco Disco were among the first promoters to book it.
The autumn programme is strong. Rumble in the Jungle and Bris-Tek's three-room Halloween party The Ritual is on 30 October, followed by Sawmills' own Halloween with Egyptian Lover on 31 October. Honey Dijon, En Masse with Helena Hauff b2b Batu, and Lights Out with Mandidextrous are also on the listings.
There is level access into the venue but some bumpy ground. An accessible toilet is available and free PA tickets can be requested.
